I will donate all the money I raise with this bundle to @gladt_e.v, a self-organized empowering project from and for black, indigenous and of color LGBTQIA+ people. In this bundle you’d get portraits of Marsha P. Johnson and Stormé DeLarverie with background information about them, my Pride Zine from last year about the first pride, the cute gender bender illustration with affirmations and a little surprise.
Two zines are available in German and English, the rest only in English. I give them away for donations from 4€ up until the end of pridemonth. So if you want one, message me 💌
The little Zines with Marsha and Stormé I made for this Pride Month because I think it’s important to remember that the rights we as an LGBTQIA+ community have today we have because queer, trans and gay BIPOC fought for them. They rioted and it was the start of a movement, of having a voice. So don’t judge the protestors today for it, sometimes it’s necessary though it shouldn’t be. If we as white people didn’t treat black people inhumanely for hundreds of years, it wouldn’t be. If we acknowledged these crimes ourselves and really worked on being better, individually, politically and institutionally, it wouldn’t be. But most of us don’t and black people got every right to adress that and be furious for all the pain we caused them. We don’t get to decide how they protest. We should respect it and support in any way we can.

Johnson und Stormé DeLarverie mit Hintergrundinfos zu beiden, mein CSD Zine vom letzten Jahr zum ersten Christopher Street Day und die Gender Bender Illustration mit Ermutigungen auf der Rückseite plus eine kleine Überraschung. 2 Zines gibt es auf deutsch und Englisch, den Rest leider nur auf Englisch. Ich habe die beiden Portraits von Marsha und Stormé diesen Pride Month extra gemalt und geschrieben, weil ich denke dass es grade jetzt wichtig ist dass wir uns erinnern dass die Rechte, die wir heute als LGBTQIA+ community haben, von queeren, trans, schwulen und lesbischen Schwarzen Menschen und people of color erkämpft wurden.
